What it means: Gate 1 passed. CoLinear’s AI has generated a contributor-facing task brief from your intake. The CosentriQ admin team will now review it before it goes live. What it means: Gate 1 or the admin review found something that needs to be addressed before your sprint can proceed. This could be an incomplete intake field, a sprint type mismatch, a sensitivity flag requiring more context, or a task brief that needs source clarification.What you can do: Check your dashboard for specific revision notes. Edit your intake to address the noted issues and resubmit. Your sprint re-enters the Gate 1 queue from the top.

What it means: Admin has reviewed and approved the contributor task brief. Your sprint is staged and ready to go live with the DollarFifteen contributor pool.What you can do: Nothing is required. Launch is managed by the CoLinear team. Your sprint will move to

What it means: Your sprint is live with the DollarFifteen contributor pool. Contributors are being matched to your task based on your target population criteria and are beginning evaluation.What you can do: Monitor from your dashboard. You’ll see contributor assignment beginning. At this stage you can also open MIA chat to explore your model’s evaluation criteria or prepare for Score interpretation.

What it means: Contributors are actively submitting evaluations. This is the core data collection phase of your sprint.What you can do: Watch progress in your dashboard — you’ll see completion counts update in real time. If you have questions about your evaluation design or want to think through what the Score might reveal, MIA is available in your dashboard.

What it means: Contributor collection is complete. MCGA is running inter-annotator agreement (IAA) across all contributor responses to ensure consistency and flag any low-quality submissions before scoring. Once IAA clears, MIA synthesizes your Score.What you can do: Nothing is required from you. The analysis phase typically takes 24–48 hours depending on sprint size and domain complexity.

What it means: Your CoLinear Score is fully synthesized and available in your membership dashboard. You’ll receive a notification when this status is reached.What you can do: Access your full Score across all four dimensions. Open MIA chat to interpret your results, explore improvement strategies, and get help communicating findings to stakeholders. Download your cleaned scenario data as CSV for use in model retraining.

What it means: Your sprint has been archived. This happens either after a set time period or when you explicitly close the sprint from your dashboard.What you can do: Your Score remains accessible in your dashboard indefinitely. Run history, MIA chat context, and CSV downloads are all retained after archiving.
Typical Timeline
Sprint timelines vary by tier and domain, but here are general expectations from sprint approval to Score delivery:Sensitivity-flagged sprints involving health, finance, legal, or minors have mandatory admin review at Gate 2 regardless of tier. Allow an additional 1–2 business days for this review to complete before your sprint moves to
approved.What to Do While You Wait
You don’t have to wait passively. At any point after submission, you can:- Open MIA chat from your dashboard to explore your model’s evaluation criteria, prepare questions you want your Score to answer, or think through how you’ll communicate findings to different stakeholders
- Review your intake submission to make sure your target population description and model claims are as specific as possible — if your sprint is still in
task_drafted, you may be able to request a revision before it’s approved - Prepare your team — the Score produces four dimensions, each most relevant to a different person at your organization. Knowing who needs to see what before the Score arrives makes it easier to act on
