# CosentriQ FAQ — Common Questions About Our Products

> Answers to common questions about CoTerminal, CoDomain, CoLinear, CoVariance, verdicts, sprints, access, and getting started with CosentriQ.

CosentriQ products are designed to be self-explanatory, but decisions this consequential tend to surface real questions. This page covers the most common ones — organized by product and topic. If you don't find what you're looking for here, reach out through the support link in your dashboard.

## Getting Started

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Do I need an account to view the CoDomain map?">
    The CoDomain map at [codomain.cosentriq.com](https://codomain.cosentriq.com/map) is available to explore without an account. Some features — including saved views, frame history, and export — may require you to create one.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I log in? Is there a password?">
    CosentriQ uses magic link authentication. There are no passwords. After you complete checkout or are granted access, you'll receive an email with a one-click login link. Each link is single-use and time-limited. If your link has expired, you can request a new one from the login screen.

## CoDomain

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="How often is the CoDomain map updated?">
    The map is published in versioned releases. Each version includes a data refresh date so you always know how current the signal is. The team refreshes the map periodically as new financial investment data and practitioner field sentiment accumulate to a defensible publication threshold.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What does it mean when a frame direction is 'insufficient signal'?">
    Frames without enough defensible data to publish a directional call are excluded from the map entirely. If you don't see a frame for your target category and industry combination, it means the market signal for that space hasn't met the publication threshold yet.

    That absence is itself useful information — it tells you CosentriQ isn't willing to publish a directional call on that space, rather than that the map missed it. Categories under active monitoring that haven't cleared the threshold are noted in the map's release notes.

## General

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="What is OAI³?">
    OAI³ is the proprietary reasoning framework powering all CosentriQ products. It defines how intelligence is collected across dimensions (via **CAGAs** — parallel domain reasoners), cross-checked for contradictions and gaps (via **MCGA**), and synthesized into a final output (via **MIA**).

    OAI³ operates in two modes: **Forward OAI³** takes real-world signal and synthesizes judgment (used in CoTerminal and CoDomain). **Inverse OAI³** takes a model's claimed behavior and generates synthetic test scenarios to pressure-test it against real human evaluation (used in CoLinear). See the [OAI³ Framework](/oai3-framework) page for a full explanation.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What is MIA?">
    MIA (Model Intelligence Agent) is the synthesis layer in OAI³ — the only component that produces a verdict or score. It receives the full set of CAGA Signal Records, the MCGA integrity overlay, and relevant market context before generating output.

    In **CoTerminal**, MIA produces your Locked Verdict and Living Action Plan. In **CoLinear**, MIA synthesizes your four-dimension Score. In both products, MIA is available as a chat interface in your dashboard — you can ask it to explain any section of your diagnostic or Score in detail.
