CiCi uses explicit evidence labels so a polished output does not sound stronger than the study behind it. | Label | Meaning | | ------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Modeled** | Produced by APM simulation; not directly observed among people | | **Observed** | Derived from reviewed human evidence within the study | | **Not measured** | The arm or signal has no usable measurement; this is not zero | | **Not assessed** | CiCi has no authoritative source for that assessment | | **Suppressed** | The evidence exists, but a configured gate prevents the claim | | **MIA hypothesis** | A proposed connection or interpretation generated by MIA, not established by the evidence | ## Safe to test The evidence supports trying the intervention under controlled conditions. CiCi can provide implementation-ready drafts even when evidence is APM-only or insufficient for a transfer claim. ## Supported to ship The frozen brief records that the applicable evidence and boundaries support shipping within the stated behaviors, scenarios, population, and implementation scope. “Supported to ship” is bounded by the study. It is not a general certification, legal conclusion, safety guarantee, or proof of business impact. ## Draft and final A draft report can be reviewed and shared as a preview. A final governance report requires a confirmed brief. Confirmation freezes the decision record; it does not erase evidence limits.
