Behavioral Evidence aggregates authoritative signal observations by variant.unclear responses are excluded from the decided denominator rather than counted as not_observed.
If an arm has no decided evidence, CiCi shows not measured, not 0%.
3. Compare evidence sources
APM evidence is labeled modeled. Human evidence is labeled observed after review. When both are available, CiCi may show a Signal Gap.4. Interpret the Signal Gap
The Signal Gap compares the human variant difference with the APM variant difference within shared scenarios. CiCi reports whether the contrast is estimable and whether its precision is adequate for the configured threshold. Failing the precision gate suppresses the magnitude claim.
